Refund policy
1. Refund period
You may request a refund within 12 hours of receiving the product if the product does not work or is defective. To request a refund, contact us at info@psplus.am or by phone at +374 55 07 25 97.
2. Refund reasons
You may request a refund for the following reasons:
- The PlayStation Plus subscription was not activated
- The product is defective or damaged
- The product does not match the description
- Technical issues
3. Refund procedure
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 12 hours
- Provide product details (order number, product type)
- We will review your claim
- Once the refund is approved, payment will be returned within 3-5 banking days
4. Refund conditions
A refund is not possible if:
- More than 12 hours have passed
- The subscription has already been used
- The product was received but not tested
- The product did not work due to your error
5. Refund method
Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. If payment was made via VPOS, the refund will be issued to the same card.
